Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not Ochi Shop will issue store credit less shipping if your item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Some items are non-returnable.  See our RETURNS & EXCHANGES info.  Please email shop [at] ochishop [dot] com to make arrangements.  Items must be returned in their original condition.  You will receive an email once your return has been processed.


If you’ve ordered an item that is no longer available we will notify you immediately via email.  Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee availability.

Failed Deliveries

If the mail carrier cannot deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, customer’s refusal to pay duties, many failed attempts to deliver, or other failed delivery issues out of Ochi Shop’s control then we will not be responsible for the cost of return, or re-shipping.

International Orders

International orders will occur on a case by case basis.  Email us with any questions.  Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or customs.  If customer refuses to pay these duties and the item is returned to us any incurred costs will be deducted from your original payment.
